Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but they can take up to 10 business days. Once orders are processed, your order will be shipped. All orders ship from Laredo, Texas.

Note: Pre-orders take about 3-4 weeks from your order date. Then, your order will be shipped.

Lost & Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For these specific issues, please get in contact with USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

*We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value minus the international shipping cost.
